meet jenniferBeing an athlete growing up, I was always hard on my body. So naturally, sustaining injuries happened quite often. While playing hockey for Wayne State University, I ended up sustaining severe injuries to my upper and lower body. My body did not heal correctly resulting in daily muscle spasms and headaches. My job as a physical therapy tech was affected tremendously, as I wasn't able to help the patients I was working with due to my pain. Throughout the next five years, I went through physical therapy and received weekly injections to my neck which provided little relief. No one could figure out what was wrong with me. I saw more specialists than I could count and received multiple incorrect diagnosis. By chance I ended up finding Andy Langberg who is the founder of Reactivation. I have to say that I was skeptical at the start of the session. After the session, I couldn't believe the results. The pain and tightness that I felt for so many years was alleviated. It was then that I realized how beneficial this treatment could be for others and I decided to pursue becoming a Reactivation Specialist. While attending the Reactivation Institute to receive my certification, I often wondered if this could work on animals. The results were truly remarkable! It was then that I decided that I wanted to work on both humans and animals. After graduating from the Reactivation Institute, I created my own company called JP Reactivation. My clients range in all ages and activity levels. A large part of my client base encompasses animals as well. Having experienced the pain and frustration from my injuries, I can honestly say that I have been there and know the feeling of defeat. Finding Reactivation gave me a second chance to have a normal life and I want to give others the same opportunity. |
